• How many massage therapists will
I need for my event?
The ideal number of massage therapists needed for your event will
be determined by various factors including - expected traffic,
available space & your budget. Contact us and we'll help
determine the best strategy.
• How long should the massage therapy sessions be?
It depends on how many people and therapists you have booked.
Normally a therapist can perform massage therapy at optimum
level for about 4 consecutive hours. After that, the
quality of the therapy could be compromised. We can
book sessions at a minimum of 15 minutes to 2 hours per client.
• How much space is needed?
It depends if we bring in a table or a chair - For a chair
5x6 foot area and
for a table 10x10 is sufficient.
• How much privacy and light is needed when arrnaging an in home/in office massage session?
It depends on your environment. Our object is to
relax the client. For optimum relaxation, subdued
light and noise and increased privacy is needed. But
less privacy, more light and noise can still be very therapeutic.
• How far in advance do we need to schedule?
This depends on the size and location of the event. For
smaller events with one or two therapists 24 hours would
be sufficient. However, for larger events 2 weeks advance
notice would be sufficient.
• What will the therapists wear?
The massage therapists can wear professional attire appropriate
for the event. Usually the overall impression
will be casual similar to what medical professionals wear.
• What will we look like after a therapy session?
The massage therapists can use no oil and the techniques
can be applied on clothing. Hair and face can be avoided
upon request. We can make sure you and your personnel
can return to work with the least amount of disruptions.
• What will we feel like after a therapy session?
Depending on what you request. We can incorporate
techniques that make you feel invigorated at the end of the
session. If you have the luxury to feel relaxed at
work, we can eliminate this technique.
• What's your cancellation / refund policy?
No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received
less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations
received between 72 and 48 hours before a scheduled appointment
are eligible for a 75% refund, and cancellations received less
than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for
a 50% refund. |
